I have a college degree in exercise science, and a graduate degree in mental health counseling and behavioral medicine, and a specialization in medical nutrition. Over the past 12 years I have enjoyed working closely with hundreds of adults, adolescents, and families who have struggled with disordered eating and associated mental health conditions.
Through my written and video blogs, I will be sharing Truths & Tips on how to break unhealthy behaviors, strategies for maintaining a healthy weight, and techniques for managing stress.
